- Document translation services are charged on a per-document basis, with pricing displayed before payment
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase
- Payment is required before translation processing begins
- Subscription plans, where applicable, are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital translation services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If a translation is not delivered due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund
- Quality concerns with AI-assisted translations will be reviewed individually; we may offer a re-translation or partial refund at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain all rights to documents and content you upload to our service
- Translations: Translations generated through our service are provided to you for your use. You own the translated output of your own documents
- Our service: The TRANSLIFE name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written permission
7. Translation Accuracy and Disclaimer
AI-assisted translations may contain errors and should be reviewed before use in critical contexts.
- Our AI-powered translation service is designed to provide high-quality translations, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy
- AI translations are not a substitute for certified human translation, particularly for legal, medical, immigration, or other official documents
- For documents requiring certified or sworn translation, please use our certified translation service
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying translations before relying on them for important decisions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
