Certified Translation
Certified translations are priced per page (max 200 words each). If your document has 250 words, it counts as 2 pages. Rates vary by language tier.
Daily Output & Urgency
Standard daily output is 2,500 words per translator. If your deadline requires more than this per day (word count ÷ working days), a 50% urgency surcharge applies.
Typesetting Charges
PDF and PowerPoint documents require typesetting at RM 25/page to match the original layout and formatting (general translation only).
Volume Pricing
Translating 50,000+ words? Contact us for volume pricing. Large projects may qualify for discounted rates depending on language, subject, and timeline.

How accurate is the pricing calculator estimate?
The calculator provides a reference estimate based on standard rates. The actual fee may vary depending on document complexity, subject matter, formatting requirements, and other factors. For an exact price, submit your documents via our free quote form and we will provide an official quotation.
What determines the per-word translation rate?
Rates are based on the target language tier. Standard languages (English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil, Arabic) have the lowest rate. ASEAN and East Asian languages (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) are mid-tier. European languages (French, Spanish, German, Russian, etc.) are the highest tier. The source language does not affect the rate.
How is certified translation priced differently?
Certified translation is priced per page, with each page containing a maximum of 200 words. If your document has 250 words, it counts as 2 certified pages. Rates vary by language tier: Malaysian languages from RM180/page, ASEAN/East Asian languages from RM250/page, and European languages from RM300/page. For 4 pages and above, save RM30 per page on all tiers.
When does the urgency surcharge apply?
A 50% urgency surcharge applies when the delivery deadline requires translating more than 2,500 words per working day. For example, a 10,000-word document needed in 2 working days (5,000 words/day) would incur the surcharge. You can avoid it by allowing more working days for delivery.
What is the typesetting charge?
Typesetting is an additional charge for PDF, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint documents. It covers the work needed to match the translated text to the original document layout and formatting. The charge is RM25 per page and applies to general translation only (not certified).
Can I get a quote for a language not listed in the calculator?
Yes. We support 100+ languages. If your language is not listed, select 'Other (not listed)' and submit a free quote request. We will provide a custom rate for your language pair within 24 hours.
